ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ನ ಉಮಾನ್ನ ವಸತಿ ಸಮುಚ್ಛಯವೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಕ್ಷಿಪಣಿಯೊಂದು ಅಪ್ಪಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾನಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ತನ್ನ ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ರಷ್ಯಾ ಸಮರ್ಥಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೂ ಸಹ ಈ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 19 ಮಂದಿ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
