ಮುಂಬೈ, ದೇಶದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ದುಬಾರಿ ನಗರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸುವುದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಡಿಗೆಯೂ ಸದಾ ಗಗನಕ್ಕೇರುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಇದನ್ನೇ ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಶರಣ್ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಎನ್ನುವವರು ಟ್ವಿಟರ್‌ಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ದರು. ಮನೆ ಖರೀದಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ಬದುಕುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಟ್ವಿಟರ್ ಥ್ರೆಡ್ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮ ನಿಲುವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಟ್ರೋಲ್ಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
“ನಾನು ಮುಂಬೈ ಕನಸಿನ ನಗರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನ್ನ ಫ್ಲ್ಯಾಟ್‌ನ ಬೆಲೆ ₹ 7 ಕೋಟಿಗಳು. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಕೇವಲ ₹ 1.5 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅದನ್ನು EMI ನಲ್ಲಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ನನಗೆ ₹ 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ವೆಚ್ಚವಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ₹ 1.4 ಕೋಟಿಯನ್ನು ಡೌನ್ ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರವೂ” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ತಾವು ಎಷ್ಟು ಶ್ರೀಮಂತರು ಎಂದು ತೋರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಪೋಸ್ ಕೊಡುವುದು ಬೇಕಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹಲವರು ಕಮೆಂಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಂಟಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಒಂದೂವರೆ ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ಕೊಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಥವೇನಿದೆ, ದುಡ್ಡು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದರೆ ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಆಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಮತ್ತೊಂದಿಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿ ಕಿಡಿ ಕಾರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
