ಟರ್ಕಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿರಿಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ ಭೀಕರ ಭೂಕಂಪದಲ್ಲಿ 40,000ಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಮಂದಿ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಜನ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಭಾರತ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಹಲವು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ನೆರವಿನ ಹಸ್ತ ಚಾಚಿವೆ.
ಇದರ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಶಹಬಾಜ್ ಶರೀಫ್, ತಾವು ಟರ್ಕಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾವಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮದು ಸಹ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಟೀಕೆಗಳ ಸುರಿಮಳೆ ಹರಿದು ಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿರುವ ಹಲವರು, ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟು ಉಲ್ಬಣಿಸಿದೆ. ಬಡವರು ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಗಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮೊದಲು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸರಿಮಾಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವುದು ಎಷ್ಟು ಸರಿ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರು, ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನಾವು ಹೋದರೆ ನೆರವು ಕೇಳಲು ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ನೀವೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಇದೀಗ ಭೂಕಂಪ ಪೀಡಿತ ಟರ್ಕಿಗೂ ಭಿಕ್ಷಾ ಪಾತ್ರೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಬೇಡಿ ಎಂದು ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯವಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
