BIG NEWS : ರಾಜ್ಯದ 43 ‘CEN’ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ‘ಸೈಬರ್ ಕ್ರೈಮ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ’ ಎಂದು ಮರುಪದನಾಮೀಕರಿಸಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು : ರಾಜ್ಯದ 43 ಸಿಇಎನ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೈಬರ್ ಅಪರಾಧ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಎಂದು ಮರುಪದನಾಮೀಕರಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿರುವ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ 43 ಸಿ.ಇ.ಎನ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೈಬರ್ ಅಪರಾಧ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಎಂದು ಮರುಪದನಾಮೀಕರಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ. , Information Technology Act-2000 IPC/BNS ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ತನಿಖೆಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಿ, ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಹೆಚ್ಡಿ 177 ಪಿಓಪಿ 2025, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 01/08/2025ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಾರ್ಕೋಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ 10 ನಿಯಮ/ಅಧಿನಿಯಮಗಳಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಕಾನೂನು ಮತ್ತು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ.

1. The Karnataka State Excise Act 1965 (Karnataka Act 21 of 1966).
2. The Lotteries Act, 1964 and the Karnataka State Lottery Rules 1999.
3. The Unlawful Activities Prevention Act 1967 (Central Act 37 of 1967)
4. The Karnataka control of Organized Crime Act 2000. (Karnataka Act 1 of 2002).
5. IPC offences of 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 489(A-E) where in amount involved Rs. 50 Lakhs and above.
6. The Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Institution Act 1999 to the tune of Rs. 1.00 Crore and above.
7. Cases under Banning of unregulated Deposits Scheme Act, 2019 (Central Act 21 of 2019).
8. All Cases relating to human trafficking offences under section 370 IPC.
9. All cases relating to acid attacks offences under section 326 (A), (B) IPC.
10. The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985.
