ದೆಹಲಿಯ ಪ್ರವಾಹ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ನಡುವೆ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತೆಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆವರೆಗೆ ನೀರು ತುಂಬಿರುವ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಹದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.
ಆದರೆ ಸುದ್ದಿ ವರದಿ ವೇಳೆ NDRF ಸ್ಕ್ವಾಡ್ಗೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾದ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿದ್ದು, ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನ ಎನ್ ಡಿ ಆರ್ ಎಫ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಿಸಲು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ವೈರಲ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಟೀಕೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ರತ್ತನ್ ಧಿಲ್ಲೋನ್ ಎಂಬ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರು ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ವೀಡಿಯೊದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತೆಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಮಳೆ ನೀರಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗುವುದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ತನ್ನ ದೇಹದ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಅನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಪ್ರವಾಹದ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಕೆಲವು ಎನ್ ಡಿ ಆರ್ ಎಫ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ದೋಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎನ್ ಡಿ ಆರ್ ಎಫ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಆಕೆಯ ಸುದ್ದಿ ವರದಿಯ ವೇಳೆ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಫೋಟೋ ತೆಗೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತೆ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾಗೆ ಪೋಸ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ವರ್ತನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅತೃಪ್ತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ ನೆಟ್ಟಿಗರಾದ ರತ್ತನ್ ಧಿಲ್ಲೋನ್, “ಇದು ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯ ಸುದ್ದಿ ವರದಿ ? ಅಂತಹ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರ ಜೀವ ಉಳಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಬದಲು ಕೇವಲ ವರದಿಗಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಎನ್ ಡಿ ಆರ್ ಅಫ್ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಸೀಮಿತ ದೋಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಸುದ್ದಿ ವರದಿಗಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿ ನಮಗೆ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಬೇಡ” ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ವೀಡಿಯೊ ವೈರಲ್ ಆದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ನೆಟ್ಟಿಗರು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎನ್ ಡಿ ಆರ್ ಎಫ್ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವರದಿಗಾರ್ತಿಯನ್ನ ದೂಷಿಸಿದರು. ಕೆಲವರು ವರದಿಗಾರರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಸುದ್ದಿ ವಾಹಿನಿಯನ್ನು ಇಂತಹ ವರದಿಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಟೀಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಜೋಕರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರು ವರದಿಗಾರ್ತಿಯ ನಡೆಯನ್ನ ಟೀಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
